Company history
The idea was came out when the founder, Lau Kar Qi who is a make-up lover found that women unintentionally ingest 4 lbs of lipstick on average in their lifetime during eating, drinking, kissing and lips licking from an article. In addition, synthetic lipstick is cancerous due to the chemicals and heavy metals such as lead which can cause health problem (Safe Cosmetics 2017). Hence, this idea was developed in order to replace synthetic lipstick with natural lipstick that is chemical free by using natural ingredients.
Our product and service
Our company, Rossetto comes from the origin word of Italian which is known as “lipstick”. The slogan of our company is “Think Beauty, Think Natural” which our product has a relative relationship between beauty and natural. We emphasize on using local and import fruit or vegetables as our major ingredients and no chemicals added. Hence, our customers will eventually developed trust in our product and feel confidence when wearing our lipsticks. Despite lipstick, we also provide lip balm to retain the moisture of our lips. Moreover, we also provide customize service to our customers to customize their own lipstick which match their skin tone and colour through our website. The purpose of this customize service is to enable customers to pick a right and suitable lipstick to make the customer feel confident in buying without feeling lost and confused.
